Održana prva aktivnost u okviru događaja “Mjesec Evrope kroz program Erasmus+” (Žan Mone projekti)

Danas je u prostorijama Pravnog fakulteta Univerziteta Crne Gore održana prva u nizu aktivnosti u okviru događaja “Mjesec Evrope kroz program Erasmus+ koji organizuje Nacionalna Erasmus+ kancelarija u Crnoj Gori.

Početna aktivnost je posvećena akciji Žan Mone u okviru programa Erasmus+, kako bi se predstavili i promovisali dostignuti rezultati, ali i važnost tema u okviru ove akcije za cjelokupan proces EU integracija naše zemlje.

Cilj događaja bio je pokretanje šireg dijaloga o važnosti i relevantnosti adresiranih tema Žan Mone projekata u kontekstu pristupanja Crne Gore Evropskoj uniji, o uticaju dostignutih/planiranih rezultata na pomenuti proces i na dostizanje planiranog uticaja izvan akademske zajednice, na društvo u cjelini.

Potrebno je više koristiti benefite akcije Žan Mone, čiji je cilj promovisanje izuzetnosti u nastavi i istraživanju iz oblasti studija Evropske unije (EU), poručeno je sa ovog događaja.

 

Direktorica Nacionalne Erasmus+ kancelarije, Vanja Drljević, kazala je da je akcija Žan Mone od velikog značaja za Crnu Goru, pogotovo zato što je riječ o državi koja je u procesu pristupanja.

“Ovaj program se ipak dosta skromno koristi, i smatram da bi akciju Žan Mone trebalo da iskoristimo još više”, rekla je Drljević.

Ta akcija, kako je istakla, trebalo bi da širi znanje i van akademske zajednice, kako bi se komunikacija proširila na sve važne činioce EU integracija.

 

Dekanica Pravnog fakulteta Univerziteta Crne Gore (UCG) Aneta Spaić navela je da u ovoj sedmici, u sklopu akcije, na tom Fakultetu počinju sa aktivnostima u vezi sa besplatnom pravnom pomoći svim ranjivim kategorijama.

“Taj projekat je od izuzetnog značaja za osnaživanje komponente praktične nastave na pravnom fakultetu, koja je do sada, kroz simulaciju praktične nastave i predmeta sprovođena na Pravnom fakultetu”, rekla je Spaić.

 

Ambasador Francuske u Crnoj Gori Kristijan Timonije poručio je da, iako je do Evrope dug put, Evropa ne bi trebalo da zloupotrebljava strpljenje, dodajući da treba iskoristiti sve instrumente koji postoje, a kojih, prema njegovim riječima, ima mnogo.

On je kazao da je Žan Mone projekat upravo jedan od alata za evropeizaciju univerzitetskih sistema i razmjene informacija, dodajući da bi programe Erazmusa trebalo koristiti više.

 

Profesorica Ekonomskog fakulteta UCG-a Gordana Đurović navela je da je u Crnoj Gori prisutan trend evropeizacije obrazovnih procesa u svim predmetima.

“Evropska priča je nadasve horizontalna, multidisciplinarna i sprovodi se 70 odsto pravne tekovine u lokalnim zajednicama, tako da možemo reći da je ona svih naših građana”, rekla je Đurović.

 

Profesorica Sonja Špadijer saopštila je da je Filološki fakultet po prvi put nosilac projekta iz akcije Žan Mone, pojašnjavajući da je njegov cilj da studentima humanističkih nauka približi teme iz evropskih studija.

“To je prilika da se nastavnici i studenti aktivno uključe u razvojne procese u crnogorskom društvu i da doprinesu kreiranju građanskih vrijednosti” rekla je Špadijer.

 

Prof. Vladimir Savković ocijenio je da je u Crnoj Gori potrebna dodatna priprema pravničke profesije za članstvo države u EU.

“Pristupni proces svakako jeste proces prihvatanja osnovnog sistema vrijednosti na kojem počiva EU. Međutim, taj sistem vrijednosti prihvata se prilagođavanjem pravnog sistema, što predstavlja tehnički izazovan proces”, naveo je Savković.
